Returns and Exchanges

30-Day Return and Exchange

  • Groom's Ring stands behind the quality and authenticity of all our wedding rings and we're confident that you will absolutely love your purchase when you receive it. We also offer a 30 day consideration period after delivery in case you need to return or exchange your purchase, provided the item has not been engraved (personalized).
  • Any Item being returned must me in its brand-new condition without any obvious signs of wear or use on it. The ring box must also be returned undamaged with the item.

Non Refundable Items

  • Engraved (personalized) item sales are final and cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Please be sure of your correct finger size before ordering or opting for our free laser engraving service. If you are not sure about your correct finger size, you may either visit a local jewelry shop to get properly sized, or you may request a free ring-sizer set from us. (Tip: When using jeweler's ring-sizers, always go with the size that fits you nice and snug at the base of your finger).
  • Custom made or special order item sales are final and cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
  • Purchases which have past the 30 day consideration period cannot be accepted for refund or exchange.
  • Items that have been altered, resized, or worked on by another Jeweler cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fees

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on returned items showing scuff marks, scratches, and obvious signs of wear or use.

Refunds

  • If we've issued you an RMA number for a refund, your refund will be issued immediately after we receive and inspect your returned item(s). You will also receive a refund issued notification from us via email. Allow 1 to 3 days for the refund to process and reflect in your Statement. (Please note that any shipping fees paid on your original order are nonrefundable and will be deducted from the refund amount).

Exchanges

  • If we've issued you an RMA number for you to ship back a (non-personalized) Tungsten Carbide wedding ring to be exchanged with a different size, your replacement ring will ship out on the same day, or on the next business day after we receive your returned item for exchange. (Please note that we don't provide free return shipping for items being shipped back to us, but we do provide free reshipment of items going back to the customer for exchanges only).
  • If we've issued you an RMA number for you to ship back a (non-personalized) Gold, Platinum, Silver, Titanium, or Cobalt Chrome wedding ring, there will be a 5 to 7 business day production time required after we receive your return, since these items are all made to order.
  • Depending on the ring size you need, the factory will decide whether to resize your ring, or make a new ring in case resizing is not possible for your particular ring style. (Please note that most wedding rings can only be resized bigger (not smaller) by about a half size maximum, so we highly recommend that you take the time to determine your correct finger size before placing your order. If you are not sure of your correct finger size, you may either go to a local jewelry shop to get properly measured, or you may request a free ring-sizer set from us.

Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning any item for a refund or an exchange. However, we will reship any exchanged item back to the customer free of charge.

Request a Return

  • To request a return, please email us via our contact us form in order to obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include your order number and the reason for the a return. (Please note, any packages received without an RMA number on the address label will be refused).
  • Once we reply back to you with the RMA number, please be sure to add it next to your name on the address label of your return package. Then ship your purchase to our mailing address (below) via U.S. Postal Service and include Insurance and a Signature Confirmation. Your return will be processed on the day it arrives.
